🇬🇧 Reservation Policy – RUMBOX TRAVEL

  1. Reservations

    • All reservations require a non-refundable initial deposit, which varies depending on the package (e.g. $350 USD for Türkiye 2 for 1).

    • Availability is not guaranteed until initial payment and a copy of your passport have been received.

    • Full payment must be made 60 days prior to departure date.

  2. Payment methods

    • Payments are accepted through the official website or with personalized payment links provided by the advisor, whether by credit or debit card.

    • Payments in local currency will be subject to the daily exchange rate.

  3. Changes and cancellations

    • Changes must be requested in writing. An administrative fee of $100 USD per person may apply.

    • All deposits are non-refundable.

    • In the event of cancellation, the provider's policy and package conditions will determine whether a partial refund is available.

  4. Responsibility

    • The client is responsible for having a valid passport, visas, and immigration documentation.

    • RUMBOX TRAVEL acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the service providers; therefore, it is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or inconveniences beyond its control.
